This Pleasant Grove, Utah exterior design project was created to transform a traditional home into a striking modern farmhouse exterior with elevated curb appeal. Located just outside the Salt Lake City area, the design reflects the growing demand for bold, high-contrast exteriors paired with warm, natural finishes.

The updated exterior features a deep navy blue siding that anchors the home and creates a dramatic, sophisticated presence. Crisp white trim was selected to highlight the architectural details and window shapes, providing contrast and a clean, timeless look.

To balance the bold color palette, warm wood elements were introduced through the front porch columns and entry door, adding depth and a welcoming, organic feel. The addition of a new standing seam metal porch roof overhang enhances the modern farmhouse aesthetic while introducing texture and architectural interest.

This project showcases how a thoughtfully curated exterior paint and materials design - paired with a realistic rendering - can completely transform the look and feel of a home before construction even begins.
