This striking Parker, Colorado exterior design project reimagines a dated wood-sided home into a refined contemporary mountain exterior that reflects the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape. Located just outside the Denver area, the design balances modern finishes with warm, organic materials to create a cohesive and elevated look.

The updated exterior features a deep, moody color palette with dark vertical siding that modernizes the home’s structure and enhances its architectural lines. Natural stone was introduced at the foundation level to ground the home and add texture, while warm wood accents bring contrast and a welcoming, lived-in feel.

Expansive windows and updated trim details were emphasized to create a clean, modern aesthetic while maintaining the home’s original character. The rear elevation was thoughtfully redesigned to enhance indoor-outdoor living, incorporating a refined deck structure and improved visual flow to the landscape.
