Leasing Office Transformation in Georgia | Commercial Exterior Design

Originally a run-down residential property, this building was transformed into a professional office environment for a growing equipment rental business. The goal was to create an exterior that clearly communicates “business” rather than “residence,” while still feeling approachable, warm, and regionally appropriate for a small Southern town.

Katrina Himes Design created a classic palette with subtle contrast, avoiding overly modern or bold design choices. The final design strikes a perfect balance between refined, professional, and inviting - enhancing curb appeal while aligning with the brand identity.
